In the morning, after having had this strange dream (check out the origins of this still on the project page Brice of War), I made a quick sketch which you can see on the left hand side. |

I then created the character design. It is not perfect but the 3D software allows me to have it corrected using its precise tools. |

Then I started modelling the head, Creating UV coordinates before assigning textures to it. The same technics are used for the body. You can see some of the steps still on the left hand side. |

After that, I modelled the set using basic objects. I made an other sketch on top of the renders placing the different elements (white lines) in order to check what the image will look like. The top row shows that the camera angle is kind of strange, I changed it as you can see it on the bottom row which looks much better. |

After having rendered all the elements separatly, I then composited them into one single image, adjusting them so that they all fit well. After reading it, I realised it is more like a making-of than a wip but shhh! do not tell anyone. You can see the final image and everything related to this project: Brice of War. |
